Who is responsible
yumnsoft.com is published by YUMNSOFT SARL AU, a single-shareholder company with capital of MAD 10,000, registered at 75 Bd Anfa, Angle Rue Clos de Provence, 8th floor, Apt. B 103, Casablanca, Morocco.

What we receive when you write to us
The contact form sends us your name, your company if you fill it in, your email address and your message. We use them for one purpose: to answer you.
The name, email and message fields are required: without them we cannot answer you. The company is optional. The checkbox on the form records your agreement to this use.
The message leaves by email for contact@yumnsoft.com. It is not stored in the site's database; it stays in our inbox for twelve months at most, then it is deleted.
Measuring traffic
We count page views with no analytics cookie, no persistent identifier and no profiling. Only totals are recorded: views per day and per page, and a count of unique visits per day.
That last figure comes from a one-way hash (HMAC) of your IP address, your browser and a secret held on the server. The hash stays in memory and is destroyed at the day boundary: your IP address is not kept, and we cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
Totals are kept for thirteen months, then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie. Two technical cookies exist:
- csrf_token, which protects forms against forged submissions; it is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and it expires with the browser session;
- a session cookie, only when the team signs in to the site's admin.
Who sees your data
The site is hosted in France, in the OVHcloud data centre in Strasbourg, through OVH Morocco.
Your message travels through Google (Gmail) to reach our inbox, which means that provider processes it outside Morocco.
We never sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
The data is hosted in the European Union. Under law 09-08, that transfer outside Morocco is subject to the formalities required by the CNDP.
Our providers, the host and the mail service, are bound by confidentiality and security commitments.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, and object to our keeping it, by writing to contact@yumnsoft.com. We answer within thirty days.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can write to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Admin passwords are stored hashed, access is limited to authorised people, and sessions can be revoked remotely.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
