What we process
- Contact form — the name, company, email address and message you enter. They are sent by email to our team and are not stored in a database.
- Audience measurement — we count page views and daily visits. The count is aggregate, cookieless, with no device identifier and no retained IP address: no personal data is recorded.
- Technical logs — the server hosting the site temporarily keeps visitors' IP address and browser, only to keep the site secure and running.
- Administration accounts — the email, hashed password and sessions of the people allowed to manage the site.
Why we process it
- Answering your enquiry: based on your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Measuring the site's audience: based on our legitimate interest in knowing how our pages are used.
- Securing the site and administering its content: legitimate interest and the security duties set by Law 09-08.
Must you answer?
The contact form fields are optional: you are free to write to us or not. Without an email address and a message, however, we cannot reply.
Who receives your data
- Our internal team, to handle your enquiry.
- OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), which hosts the site's server.
- Google (Gmail), which carries contact emails: the message lands in contact@yumnsoft.com.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Transfer outside Morocco
Hosting is in France and contact emails pass through Google, which means data is transferred outside Moroccan territory. That transfer is made in accordance with articles 43 and 44 of Law 09-08 and the corresponding formalities with the CNDP.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then 3 years from the last exchange.
- Technical logs: 30 days at most.
- Administration accounts: for as long as the site is in use, then inactive accounts are deleted.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party cookies. A session cookie is used only when you sign in to the administration area.
Your rights
Under articles 7 and 12 of Law 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data and, in the cases the law provides, to have it erased. To exercise them, write to contact@yumnsoft.com stating your request: we answer within one month. You may also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), Avenue Al Arz, Secteur 4, M1, Hay Riad, Rabat.
